Jsquared cultivates the development of self-confidence, leadership, ability and opportunity for individuals of all ages and abilities through dance, movement and music.  From the early dancers learning to move to the music, to the newly retired finding time once again for an old passion, Jsquared provides an opportunity for everyone to enjoy dance. Qualified dance and fitness instructors create a fun, exciting and challenging atmosphere.
